Select Business Team welcomes guest articles from members of our Teams. We want to promote your business, help you establish credibility and drive traffic to both of our websites. When you provide us with a blog post, we will:
- Give you and your business credit as the author
- Provide a link back to your website
- Share your article on our social media sites
What do you need to do? Write an article that is 2-5 short paragraphs with a summary of you and your business that is 2-3 sentences. Have a catchy title, include a few bullet points and include a picture that you have permission to use. The best pictures are the ones that you take yourself. The picture shouldn’t be of you, but something that relates to your article. If you want to include a picture of yourself, we’ll place it near the bottom as part of your summary.
The most important part of writing an article is to make sure the topic will be valuable to our readers. Since most of our readers are business professionals, the topic list is endless. Some ideas to consider are: time management, referrals, productivity tools, accounting/financial tips, and top 10 list for helping clients. There are very few topics that wouldn’t benefit our readers. If you aren’t sure, send us an email before you start writing and we’ll let you know if you are on to something big!
